This Gift Certificate is valid for 1 year from date of issue and is Not Redeemable for cash or gratuities.
Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Gift Certificates can be transferred to another user.
"No Show" appointment Gift Certificates will be considered redeemed.
A 24 hour cancelation notice is required or Gift Certificate will be considered redeemed unless an agreement has been discussed with Crossway Massage Therapy.
